As an Account Director, you will lead and inspire cross-functional teams, deliver exceptional client service, and drive strategic initiatives that align with our clients' goals. Job Description Work Schedule: Permanent, Full Time Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)Minimum Qualifications: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Experience in client services within the advertising industry Experience on Digital campaigns and production Ability to manage R$5 MI client business effectively Comfortable with and enthusiastic about integrating AI into your work Exceptional presentation and communication skills Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry Experience with project execution, ensuring adherence to processes and regulatory requirements Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail Expertise in reviewing and managing project budgets Desired Qualifications: Pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience Experience in brand planning and launch programs Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships at the Product Manager and Associate Director levels Experience in intake of new client opportunities and brief coordination Skilled in setting up, leading, and running client meetings, providing follow-up and recap notes Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering launch programs Strong understanding of clients, industry dynamics, competitors, key drivers, and the evolving business environment Demonstrated ability to search for opportunities to enhance clients’ business outcomes and deliver exceptional value Proven ability to articulate clients’ brand objectives and integrate them into strategic recommendations Experience in contributing valuable insights and strategic direction to account plans Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with your team to ensure precise project execution, guaranteeing adherence to processes and regulatory requirements Meet challenging deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution to consistently exceed client expectations Review and manage project budgets with your expert direction to achieve success Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the delivery of launch programs Maintain an action and solution oriented approach at all times Ensure that all communications reflect Klick Health standards and contribute to a positive client experience Thoroughly grasp clients, industry dynamics, competitors, key drivers, and the evolving business environment Diligently search for opportunities to enhance our clients’ business outcomes, persistently striving to deliver exceptional value Precisely articulate clients’ brand objectives, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our strategic recommendations Play an integral role in shaping the account plan for each client, contributing valuable insights and strategic direction#LI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid Klick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
