We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management:
Execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
Email Marketing:
Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and enhance customer retention.
Segment email lists and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
SEO Optimization:
Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the marketplace's online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the team to optimize website content.
Paid Advertising:
Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels.
Monitor budget allocation, performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
