We are looking for a B2 B Performance Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in paid media strategies. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing ad performance, and driving measurable ROI through data-driven advertising campaigns across multiple B2 B channels. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities, proposing innovative strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Proactively analyze campaign data and propose new ideas to enhance performance, explore new channels, and improve lead generation
Develop and manage B2 B paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
Optimize ad targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies to improve lead quality and quantity
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives
Utilize Google Analytics, Linked In Insights, and CRM data to measure and report on campaign performance
Implement and monitor conversion tracking and UTM strategies to assess ROI accurately
Stay updated on B2 B marketing trends, AI-driven ad optimization, and emerging paid media strategies
Manage a team of freelancers to scale results
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2 B performance marketing or paid media management
Deep understanding of Linked In Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads, and demand generation strategies for B2 B
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or CRM tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation
The candidate must be available to travel. If based in São Paulo, they should be available to spend up to two weeks per month in Buenos Aires. If based in Buenos Aires, they should be available to spend up to two weeks per month in São Paulo
