Hybrid Opportunity – São Paulo | Solution Architect Lead – Mapfre Spain
BASIC FUNCTIONS
- Lead and coordinate the technical team, ensuring best practices are followed, aligned with the project strategy, as well as working on application development.
- Guide the technical development of the project based on knowledge of Reef and in accordance with coding, architecture standards, and alignments defined for the project.
- Design the functional and integration architectural strategy for Reef in the medium and long term.
- Serve as the main link between development and architecture.
- Oversee the technical progress of the team, ensuring that the defined requirements are met.
- Supervise and validate the technical solutions required to meet defined business needs and aligned with the project plan.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure the technical growth of team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 7 years of proven experience in Solution Design and Application Architecture roles.
- Extensive development experience with Spring Boot technology and other programming languages.
- API Management (Open API, Async API).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Design functions with API Management tools.
- Design patterns / Integration patterns.
- Cloud architectures (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S, Serverless or Faa S) and Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.) are a plus.
- Container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Microservices architectures.
- Experience using LLM solutions within the software lifecycle is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- CI/CD. Jenkins.
- Application/service-level security (Basic, OAuth, SAML, etc.).
- SCM tools (Bitbucket, Git Hub, etc.).
- Oracle Database.
- No SQL databases (Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, Cosmos DB, etc.).
- Technical certifications highly valued (Java Architect, Cloud Solution Architect, Dev Ops, etc.).
- Languages: B2 level Spanish
