What are the mandatory requirements for this position? BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (preferred) or any Graduate with related technical experience.

English: C1, at least.

4 - 8 years of experience in Networking, 4 years in SASE 4 years in VPNs and Firewalls.

PCNSE, CCNA certifications (Preferred).

2 years of experience with security products and/or offerings.

2 years of proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.

Good understanding of Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect.

In-depth understanding on IPsec VPNs, Global Protect VPNs, Security Profiles, Firewall implementation.

Good understanding on cloud providers like AWS, Azure.

Basic Knowledge on Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux.

We can consider Network resources with firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto.

Availability to provide after-hours support on a scheduled / non-scheduled basis Willingness to travel up to 30% What are the desirable experience requirements for this position? With endpoint security software (antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC).

In security (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE).

With batch scripting.

Also to independently debug large, complex and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols.

Existing knowledge and experience with public cloud platform (Iaa S) features, capabilities and best uses.

The Prisma Cloud Customer Success Engineer shall be able to perform the following activities and responsibilities: Guide adoption, accelerated integrations with new cloud security products, and real-time support and strategy.

Work closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Development Operations teams to implement cloud security solutions.

Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve their business and security objectives.

Assist customers in implementing custom integrations and workflows to ensure Red Lock solutions are fully integrated into their security operations center.

Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams.

Serve as a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements.

Coach customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Security Change.

Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs.

Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Red Lock features and associated business benefits to address their needs Be the Go-To customer expert on Redlock solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time.
