Project Overview:
Our client is building an

Agents Factory

using

Copilot Studio

and

Azure AI Foundry

to develop advanced autonomous, retrieval, and action-based AI agents. The objective is to create a global system of Copilot agents integrated across low-code and pro-code platforms.
We are looking for a highly skilled

Power Automate Developer

with a strong foundation in

Copilot Agents ,

AI integration , and

Microsoft Power Platform

tools to support this initiative.
Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and manage

complex Power Automate cloud flows

using premium licenses.
Develop and integrate

Copilot Agents

(via Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry) aligned with use cases in both

Low-Code

and

Pro-Dev

environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
Support AI-driven workflows and AI Builder integrations within

Power Apps

and

Power Automate.
Contribute to the architecture and deployment of

agentic systems

in Microsoft’s Copilot ecosystem.
Provide ongoing support for Power Automate queries and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Requisitos e qualificações:
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with

Power Automate

and

AI Builder.
Knowledge of

AI-driven Power Apps

and integration of

AI modules

into cloud flows.
Familiarity with

Copilot Studio : Please indicate how many bots you have built and the sources/design approaches used.
Experience in

data analysis ,

AI model development , and machine learning integration.
Understanding of

Copilot Agent categories ,

agentic systems , and how they apply across different business scenarios.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideally within

O365 ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills: able to clearly explain complex systems and bot logic.
Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science ,

Information Technology , or a related field.

Nice to Have:
Prior experience working in a factory-style agent development environment.
Familiarity with

Azure AI Foundry

and advanced Copilot Studio customization.

Additional Notes:
This role is

not focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) , but close collaboration with RPA teams may be required.
Emphasis is on

cloud-based flows ,

AI integration , and agent development using Microsoft tools.
