We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Integration Specialist with deep expertise in
Boomi
and
Celigo
to design, implement, and maintain data integrations across our ERP, CRM, e Commerce, and other enterprise systems for our clients. You will be the go-to expert for ensuring reliable and scalable system connectivity, helping the organization streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement Integrations:
Build and maintain system integrations using Boomi Atom Sphere and Celigo Integrator.io between ERP (e.g., Net Suite, Epicor), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), e Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon), and other business applications.
Workflow Automation:
Create and optimize automated business workflows, ensuring error handling, retries, and alerting are built into all integrations.
Monitor & Troubleshoot:
Proactively monitor integration performance and resolve exceptions, failures, or performance bottlenecks.
Data Transformation & Mapping:
Develop efficient and scalable data mappings, transformations, and enrichment processes.
Documentation:
Maintain integration documentation including architecture diagrams, field mappings, data dictionaries, and error resolution playbooks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, system owners, and third-party vendors to define and deliver integration requirements.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure integration processes follow security best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve system connectivity, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, FTP, SFTP, and API integration patterns
Experience with ERP systems like
Net Suite ,
Epicor P21 , or similar mid-market platforms
Ability to build complex data flows with branching logic, lookups, transformations, and error handling
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server)
Experience with OAuth, token-based authentication, and secure credential management
Solid understanding of middleware architecture, event-driven systems, and data synchronization strategies
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi Atom Sphere and/or Celigo Integrator.io
Experience integrating with e Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon)
Familiarity with integration lifecycle management (e.g., deployment, versioning, rollback)
Basic scripting experience (e.g., Java Script, Groovy, Python)
Experience working in Agile or Dev Ops teams with CI/CD pipelines
