```html We are looking for a Country Manager for a large B2 B company in Brazil.

Responsibilities: Direct and guide the company's business, establish strategies, guidelines, goals, and objectives, monitor their effective fulfillment and execution.

Prepare the company's annual budget, monitor its compliance and execution.

Control the actions necessary to fulfill the company's tax obligations and comply with accounting legislation.

Supervise people management plans, projects, and actions.

Permanently research and evaluate market trends to support the design, monitoring of execution, or reformulation of your operating strategy.

Analyze the technical, commercial, and financial viability of new products and services.

Work on triangulating the technical technology team and operators to carry out new integrations, report and fix bugs, and work on new product features.

Implement and maintain the cybersecurity policy and personal data protection policy.

Present to shareholders, on a monthly basis, a report with the activities and results of its management to allow monitoring of its performance.

Whoever holds the position must meet the following requirements: Minimum requirement of 2 years as statutory Bank Director in Brazil.

Availability to initially live in Porto Alegre and move to São Paulo within 12 months.

Native Portuguese and fluent English.

Knowledge of BACEN's regulatory environment.
