What you will be doing:
We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Apache Airflow to join our data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows that support our analytics and data-driven products. Develop , schedule, and monitor data pipelines using Apache Airflow. Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data delivery. Optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability. Maintain and improve data architecture, ensuring data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
What we are looking for:
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Um Engenheiro de Dados é responsável por projetar, construir e manter sistemas de armazenamento e processamento de dados. Isso inclui garantir a segurança, escalabilidade e eficiência dos sistemas de dados.
Normalmente, é necessário ter uma graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Dados ou áreas relacionadas, além de experiência em programação e banco de dados. Certificações em tecnologias específicas também são valorizadas.
O salário médio de um Engenheiro de Dados em Suzano, São Paulo, varia de acordo com a experiência e as habilidades, mas geralmente está entre R$ 8.000 e R$ 15.000 mensais.
Engenheiros de Dados podem avançar para cargos como Arquiteto de Dados, Cientista de Dados ou até mesmo para funções de liderança, como Gerente de Engenharia de Dados.
Habilidades em programação (Python, SQL), experiência com banco de dados (MySQL, PostgreSQL) e conhecimento em ferramentas de Big Data (Hadoop, Spark) são fundamentais. Além disso, habilidades em machine learning e visualização de dados são altamente valorizadas.
