Job Description:

Role: Event Operator

Location: Brazil (100% Remote)

Mode: Contract

Must Have:

Flexible working schedule with significant availability on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays some overnight availability Ability to accommodate an ever-changing shift schedule

Reliable stable and verifiable home internet connection

High degree of computer technical competence

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Plusses:

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals

Understanding of both Windows and Mac operating systems

Experience with understanding of streaming media andor live video production experience

Familiarity with MS Office Suite Confluence Slack i OS Zoom VPNs Share Point

Comp TIA A cert or similar technical certification

Day to Day:

Client is looking for an Event Operator to sit remotely with significant shift flexibility This position is responsible for performing operational duties during live events primarily sporting events You will work with producers on live event stream operations including encoder starts and stops switching between source feeds communicating production status to producers and operations personnel monitoring feeds video data logging and customer facing streams for video and audio quality assessing quality of experience issues and promptly addressing issues as they arise and providing end of event reports On the job training will be provided
