As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Junior Consultant – Financial Markets to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). This is a great opportunity for someone energetic, curious, and eager to learn more about financial markets while working on impactful projects in large institutions.
What You'll Do Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets Learn how to map end-to-end financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk) Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
Interact with both technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges Take part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector
Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives) Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk
Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in:
Business Administration
Economics
Engineering (Production, Computer, Financial)
Accounting
Mathematics / Statistics
Information Systems / Computer Science
Nice to Have
Intermediate Spanish
Basic understanding of treasury and back-office processes Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
Introductory knowledge in market risk, ALM, or accounting for financial instruments Experience with regulatory topics or data analysis tools
Additional Education (Nice to Have)
Short courses or extracurriculars in:
Financial markets (e.g., Anbima, B3 Edu, CVM courses)
Advanced Excel / Power BI
Agile / Scrum fundamentals
