Reports to: local CEO, Global CMOYOUR MISSIONAs our Head of Marketing for Brazilian direction,you will:- Revisit and redefine VBET Brazil's brand positioning, ensuring it is future-ready, bold, and aligned with our global strategy- Lead the creation of a unified, yet culturally adaptive brand strategy across Brazil, ensuring local uniqueness blends seamlessly into a powerful global brand presence- Drive the growth and revenue through high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the gambling and crypto industries- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, social media, influencer marketing, media buying, offline activities, partnerships, and brand activations- Partner with executives to ensure alignment, collaboration, and excellence in the local market- Build a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation, performance, and creative excellence- Ensure strong financial acumen across all marketing operations, maximizing ROI and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies- Build and safeguard a consistent, high-impact brand image and voice across all platforms – from digital campaigns to physical sponsorships and events- Maintain a high-level network of stakeholders, partners, regulators, and investors in the gambling and crypto spheres- Be a mentor, leader, and brand architect, instilling values of performance, ownership, and continuous learning across the team YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for someone extraordinary. This is a very challenging role. You are likely to be a strong match if you have:- 7+ years of executive marketing experience in highly competitive global industries, ideally with B2 C gambling (igaming experience is a must)- Proven success in leading regional marketing strategy, with an ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (including social media, influencer marketing, performance campaigns, and media buying), with a track record of building high-impact multi-channel strategies- Deep experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation as applied to marketing and commercial functions- Experience driving brand transformation and repositioning across countries or business units- An advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized institution- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage and empower senior professionals- World‐class communication skills in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus)- A strong and respected personal network in relevant industries and regulatory environments- Entrepreneurial energy with a "no‐excuse" mindset and readiness to thrive in a fast‐paced, ever‐evolving global ecosystem WHAT WE OFFERWe know your time and energy are valuable.
