We are looking for Analista de infraestrutura who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities):
• Provide Level 1 technical support to users on fixed telephony equipment, IP extensions, and corporate smartphones.
• Contact telephony service providers to resolve problems, provide new equipment, and follow up on external and internal calls until resolution.
• Register and manage support calls, ensuring communication with the areas involved.


Keep the asset register updated.
Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the Client's technological environment, exceptional situations, and other situations outside of their control or jurisdiction;

• Collaborate in the execution of asset management process activities at Client locations where there are no allocated asset technicians, at times when the Asset Management service is unavailable, or whenever required by supervision.
Mandatory Skills
Advanced Intermediate
Knowledge of using Windows computers and Teams / Office 365 applications. Installation and use of Android and Apple smartphones.
Desirable Skills
Basic/Intermediate English
Knowledge of networking concepts
Knowledge of call and asset management systems
