We are looking for a
Junior BPO Analyst,
who wants to learn and transform their career, in a
CLT
contract,
on-site
, in the city of
Londrina.
In this role you will:
Responsible for performing operational activities related to invoice issuance, and accounts payable/receivable control, ensuring compliance with internal processes and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities:

Issuance and validation of electronic invoices (NF-e).
Posting and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
Support in the analysis of fiscal and financial documents.
Handling internal requests and providing basic customer support.
Meeting deadlines and BPO quality standards.
Requirements:

-Advanced English

High school diploma completed (undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields are a plus).
Minimum of 6 months' experience in financial or fiscal routines.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Competencies:
Organization and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
