What you’ll be doing (Hands-on — builder mindset!)
Data architecture leadership

• Design and build
  scalable data infrastructure
  for massive clinical and billing datasets
• Architect
  real-time pipelines
  for AI-driven healthcare applications
• Define
  data governance frameworks , ensuring
  HIPAA compliance
  and security

AI/ML infrastructure

• Build and optimize data flows for
  LLMs and machine learning applications
• Develop feature pipelines for
  healthcare-specific AI models
• Support
  real-time AI inference
  at the point of care

Platform development

• Create APIs and data services that integrate with
  EHRs and billing platforms
• Build
  observability and monitoring
  for complex data workflows
• Implement
  disaster recovery and backup strategies
  for mission-critical healthcare data
  What we’re looking for

•
10+ years
building production-grade data systems at scale

• Expert in
  Python
  and
  SQL
  (Go is a plus)
• Deep experience with
  AWS
  (Redshift, RDS, EMR, etc.)
• Strong skills with
  Docker, Kubernetes, and Ia C
• Proven experience with
  streaming data ,
  ETL/ELT , and
  workflow orchestration
• Built pipelines for
  ML/AI applications , including
  vector databases
  and
  LLM-related infrastructure
  Bonus points if you have
• Experience in
  healthcare tech
  (EHRs, RCM)
• Understanding of
  FHIR, HL7, HIPAA , and healthcare interoperability
• Familiarity with the
  US healthcare system
  and regulatory environments
• Built data systems for
  regulated industries
