We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager in Brazil to join our team.
At Conduit, we believe in a world where anyone can frictionlessly send and receive any asset at any time. As we scale the business, we are looking for an outstanding Business Development Rep in Brazil to join us through this next phase of growth.
Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with co-workers across the world. This role requires availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
About You
You have a deep passion for financial technology (Fin Tech), cryptocurrency, and experience within the payments space. You will be part of a strong team helping to build the foundation for Conduit in the LATAM region.
About the work:
This is a key hire for Conduit as we look to expand our team in Brazil. This position will have you finding and cultivating relationships that directly lead to new clients on to the Conduit platform with the ultimate goal of driving increased AUM toward company goals.
Experience Requirements:
Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, ask questions
Experience in full sales cycle and have the ability to execute pipeline strategy
Personable and natural relationship builder
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales aptitude with results orientation - ability to prospect, negotiate and close
Ability to learn, report back, collaborate, and document sales process
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Capable and comfortable with necessary communication and CRM tools in use at Conduit (Slack, g Suite, Hubspot, Fellow, etc.)
Fluent Portuguese and English skills
Ability to deliver presentations and demos effectively
Nice to have
Crypto, De Fi knowledge
Experience working in financial services and cross border payments
Experience working in an early stage startup
Network of contacts in region
