At IG Networks (telecommunications), we work in a global, multicultural, remote-first environment. We're looking for an HR Intern based in Curitiba (Brazil) to support the operational side of People Ops and help make our processes more agile, organized, and scalable.
Main focus
Strengthen the administrative, contractual, compliance, regulatory and labor front starting with Brazil, with the possibility to expand support to other regions where we operate.
Key responsibilities
1. Keep People Ops processes organized and on track: documentation, trackers, checklists, deadlines (in our internal HR system: Humand).
2. Operational support for local compliance & regulatory management (Brazil): NR1, CIPA, licenses, periodic exams, healthcare plans, controls, and follow-up.
3. Support continuous improvement: streamline, optimize, and innovate processes (including automation and AI applied to operational tasks).
4. Assist Employee Engagement initiatives: recognition, wellness, team building, internal communications, recruiting processes, logistics, and follow-up.
We're looking for someone with
- High autonomy, drive, initiative, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, multicultural environment (comfortable with ambiguity).
- Advanced English to collaborate in a global setting.
- Curiosity and openness to technology/AI, eager to learn and suggest improvements.
Education
- Students in Human Resources / Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
Work model & commitment
- Hybrid (mostly remote, with office space available in Curitiba)
- Part-time: 6 hours/day
- Internship salary: R$ 1.370,00
