Supporting new equipment installations and refresh activities at manned and unmanned sites.

Ensuring adherence to customer’s procurement processes for IT assets. Requisitos:- Technical high school diploma or equivalent- Knowledge of PC and desktop hardware- Knowledge of operating system Windows 10/11- Experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting - Familiarity with ticketing tools- Proficiency in English is mandatory- Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian is a plus
