Macher Tecnologia is recruiting one hands-on one IT Consultant to support its products and customers.
As the work will be performed globally, English (business / fluent) is a must-have.
The selected professional will join the company as an employee, on a remote setting.
What you will be doing:
Provide basic IT support to global customers
Maintain and improve PHP/Laravel applications
Participate in LGPD / Data Privacy / Cybersecurity projects by providing guidance to customers on tools and documentation
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Technical Stack:
O365 products, including Intune and Defender (Policies creation, reporting)
Ability to code without supervision in Python, Laravel, PHP and JS
Knowledge on IA Agents, My SQL and Firebase
PWA Knowledge
Linux
Git
Cloud (IBM preferred)
Jira
Candidate is willing to pursue CC, Security+, ISFS certifications
Nice to have:
Previous experience with IT Support
Previous experience as a programmer (Junior is OK)

This is a fully-remote position
Candidate must reside in Rio de Janeiro.
