We are looking for a IT Lead Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that support our business and enhance user experience. Location Taboão da Serra – SP | Hybrid (3x2)What you'll do Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across on-premises and cloud environments Work with modern programming languages and development tools Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users Support systems integration, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)4–6+ years of experience in software / application development Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Ruby , or similar Experience with SCADA systems — Ignition SCADA experience is a strong plus Experience with databases, APIs, version control (Git) and CI/CD tools Knowledge of cloud platforms and software development lifecycle (SDLC)Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in global teams
