1. Company Incorporation & Licensing

• To manage corporation setup and following governance, and liaise with local authorities (e.g., Commercial Registry, tax agencies).
• Advise on optimal corporate structures to align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

2. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws in corporate governance, labor, tax, data privacy, and industry-specific regulations, etc.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting operations and proactively advise stakeholders.

3. Commercial Contracts & Transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., vendor agreements, partnerships, employment contracts) in Portuguese or English.
• Support commercial negotiations.

4. General Legal Advisory

• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to internal teams on operational matters, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
• Manage litigation in collaboration with external counsel.
• To align with relevant internal departments to implement legal strategies.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor degree of Law or above.

Fluent in Portuguese or English.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in legal practice.
