Pre-sales Representative

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Representative to support our Sales team and manage interactions with international customers and prospects for the LATAM region . This role is key to building strong customer relationships and enabling our field sales team to focus on selling.

Key responsibilities
Process new account enquiries, open accounts, and handle customer correspondence
Provide customers with accurate price lists and product information , including replacement options for obsolete models Prepare price adjustments and offers for special projects Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) Follow up sales processes through to order conclusion
Proactively manage administration for key accounts Maintain customer data in our ERP system Prepare and manage international tenders and contracts , including tender process and project award until conclusion Support strategic initiatives and collaborate across teams
Act as the regional liaison with the internal certification team

What we’re looking for University degree 3+ years in sales support or customer care Knowledge of international trade and tender processes (required) Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, ability to multitask and work under pressure
Tools: MS Office ; Salesforce and SAP knowledge is a plus Languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish (good level) Mature, open-minded team player, able to work independently
