Responsibilities

You will lead and/or support consulting services and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) using PTC Windchill Product suite.
You will analyze customers' business requirements and successfully implement solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
You will lead and/or participate in, assist with, or act as the facilitator in workshops/work sessions.
You will support the definition of client-specific solutions for PLM, including application and technical architecture.
You will help our customers realize value faster by optimizing OOTB solutions and redefining processes, as needed.
You will execute assigned project tasks for planning, analysis, development, and testing.
You will execute technical tasks including the installation and configuration of PLM software, assessing gaps between requirements and software functionality and define appropriate path forward debugging, data migration, infrastructure, and deployment support.
You will ensure quality through established software engineering methods and processes.
You will be a valued project team contributor by demonstrating an ability to balance independent work practices with appropriate levels of communication across a broad spectrum of project stakeholders.
You will manage commitments within a flexible work schedule.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Strong PLM domain knowledge
Proven experience on delivering PLM solutions to customers
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of PTC Windchill Product suites desired.
Be able to work autonomously and focus on goals.
Be customer service oriented.
Have programming skills, preferably in Java.
A desire to continue your professional growth through formal and on-the-job ongoing product and consulting skills training.

Must Have Skills

5-10+ years' experience in PLM, preferably PTC Windchill Product suite.
Participated in PLM Implementation projects.
Educational background in Engineering or Computer Science (bachelor's or master's Degree Level)
Languages: Advanced or Fluent Proficiency level (written and spoken) in English and Spanish.
Willingness to travel, as needed
