We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Sales Director to join our Brazil Sales team.
As a Cognyter you will be:
Developing and growing the company business in the assigned territory.
Generating and executing sales opportunities while achieving the assigned sales target quota.
Managing a healthy and sustainable funnel with constant growth.
Leading sales activities for innovative and complex solutions in the investigative and intelligence domains in the region.
Mapping customer existing applications and technologies, and proactively identifying potential needs and opportunities.
Overall responsibility for all account activities and customer satisfaction level and loyalty;
Generating and executing an accurate, timely, and professional sales strategy plan, and account planning achieving high customer satisfaction;
Creating and managing sales and target plans for each partner - challenging results and cost-efficiency.
For this mission you'll need:
At least 10 years of experience in leading/managerial positions in software sales positions preferably in the Governmental and Public sectors.
Relevant professional background in intelligence investigations, defense, or security environments, providing strong domain credibility with customers and partners.
Experience and skill set in partners' development & management, business analysis, relationship building, business development.
Experience working with System integrators is a must. Ideally, this will include experience working with regional/local and large government and/or channels and resellers.
Demonstrated experience managing a team, including accountability for direct reports, workload planning, and performance reviews.
Experience establishing and managing channel partnerships (resellers, strategic partners, ecosystem players) to support and grow indirect sales.
Experience working in the big data, analytics ecosystem.
Team player with proven experience in this field and proven ability to manage complex relationships and nurture them to success.
Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and drive processes internally.
Demonstrated experience analyzing multiple industry opportunities, and the ability to prioritize partner efforts and investment based on ROI and other identified success factors.
Proven track record building a multi-channel pipeline and successfully moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
An independent self-starter: you thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with a high level of responsibility and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English (native or advanced proficiency); additional languages are an advantage.
