Senior Product Designer (2 Openings)

Contract: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)

Engagement Model: Independent Contractor (PJ)

We are hiring two Senior Designers to support a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing → user flows → interaction patterns → UI → validation)
Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs
Produce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications)
Coach and support mid-level designers when needed

Must-Have Requirements Expert-level Figma execution (this is non-negotiable) Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience working in large, complex, and robust enterprise environments Background in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries
Ability to operate across UX and visual design
Working knowledge of research methodologies

Nice-to-Have Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services Analytics background
Experience with workshop tools (Miro, Fig Jam)
Service blueprinting experience
