The opportunity is huge with no restrictions on companies. In this role you can expect to: Work as a 360 recruiter in the area of hardware and software. Develop this area and cross sell into existing clients of Chipright. Use various tools such as internal database, , Job Boards and headhunting to proactively source the finest candidates. Work towards tight deadlines and targets to ensure delivery of our service to our customers. Build lasting relationships with candidates. ensuring candidates expectations are managed including feedback, salaries, and interviews. Provide first class customer service. Who are you? Have experience with software or electronic or semiconductor recruitment or a similar area of recruitment recruitment. Determined, driven and results focused. Be interested in travelling and visiting candidate and customer sites nationally and internationally. Have an incredible work ethic with an eye for detail. Has the ability to build and maintain relationships. Analytical and interested in technology. Excellent communication skills with a sense of humour.
