IT Platform Support

We are seeking a dynamic IT Platform Support Engineer to join our client team. You will be responsible for supporting applications across both Unix and Windows platforms, playing a key role in our cloud migration initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience: +5 years of experience with monitoring tools implementation and operational tasks including Elasticsearch / Nagios Experienced with implementing jobs with Control-M and experience with MFT Batch Module would be a bonus Experience implementing and executing with deployment tools such as Jenkins Proven experience with scripting language e.g Python / Batch Experienced supporting both Windows and Unix environments Experience supporting Production environments Experience with Control-M / JIRA / Confluence/ VMWare is desirable Experience coordinating and supporting incidents with other team members Willing to learn new technologies and applications within a dynamic environment Experience with IAC (Infrastructure As Code) requirements would be a bonus : Ansible / Terraform Previous experience working with Sophis is a bonus Ability to work on-call rotation Keen to automate where manual processes require to be updated Keen to automate with deployment/ batch control tools
