ITTConnect is seeking a
Data Science Engineer , experienced in Python and SQL
to fill a position with a US-based client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and consulting services present in nearly 50 countries.
As Data Science Engineer, you will work as part of a team working in a challenging, innovative environment for our client. Investigate, create, and implement the solutions for many technical challenges using cutting edge technologies, including building/enhancing their Data processing platform.
Job location : Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.
Must speak English. All interviews will be done in English, as well as the work after that.
Requirements :
A degree in
Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science , or a similar domain.
4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, or related role.
Experience working with
funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models , etc.
Expertise on
SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis
(e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as
Matlab, R, SAS or Python.
Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g.
Chartio, Looker, Tableau ).
Experience in building
full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python , or other scripting and statistical tools.
The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way.

Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
