Role : Offshore SAP Payroll Functional Configurator
Experience Required : 5–10 years of expertise in configuring and optimizing payroll processes within SAP

Key Responsibilities

Configure wage types
Ensure accurate taxation setups
Manage gross-to-net processing
Configure payroll posting
Generate payroll reports
Integrate third-party systems
Troubleshoot payroll issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Familiarity with US payroll processes
Strong analytical and communication skills

Location Preference

LATAM timezone
Some overlap with Indian time
Some overlap with US EST time
