About the Job Sr. Procurement Analystwill execute and manage Indirect spend categories' strategic sourcing and procurement across all supply chain operations facility types agreed to be in-scope and will deliver business requirements providing the best value to key business stakeholders. The focus will be managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing process and all in-scope elements of indirect spend for LATAM with emphasis on Brazil and the rest of the countries of South America (not limited). Scope: Regions: Americas (subregion: LATAM)Languages: Portuguese and Spanish 90%Key Responsibilities May Include: Develop and execute category strategies aligned with regional and global procurement priorities, leveraging market analysis to optimize supplier selection and performance. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within assigned categories to meet annual savings targets and drive value for the business. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs and ensure early involvement in the sourcing process. Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and address gaps to improve quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Ensure procurement activities adhere to governance, ethical sourcing practices, and sustainability objectives while supporting audit and compliance requirements. Provide regular reporting and analytics on procurement performance, including spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics. Collaborate with global category managers and cross-functional teams to leverage scale, align strategies, and drive procurement initiatives effectively. Experience- What you will bring Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering). Operations support experience. 4+ years of procurement experience supporting business operations with Yo Y savings. Strong supplier segmentation, supplier performance and relationship management experience Experience in business operations, or supporting operations, at a large multinational company. Strategic Sourcing knowledge and experience (7-Step Process). Procurement/Purchasing Experience +5 years Contract negotiations. Customer service minded. Skills & Knowledge Strong Negotiation and commercial contracting skills specially in professional services, facilities and maintenance (MRO). • Use of computer tools such as Microsoft Excel, Coupa, CLMs. • Knowledge of plant operations preferred. • This role demands continuous interaction with key stakeholders within Brambles Supply Chain and Corporate Business. • Data Analytics (Intermediate level Excel to include Pivot tables, formulas, etc.) with development potential.
