Responsibilities:
Constant negotiation with new drivers and fleet companies and maintaining existing supplier for Ground Transport services in geo-assigned
Negotiation of rates for ground transportation services
Ensure availability and competitive prices for ground transportation services.
Participate in market and competition research Coordinate and resolve issues from supplier side notification, cancelations, and operational problems among others
Analyze market trends for pricing Problem-solving Make calls to the appropriate driver to assign a ride. Performing Last Minute assignment.
Confirm the ride was done and apply the change in the system or ask the driver to do it.
Contact Drivers for rates negotiation and onboarding Assisting with internal communications with CS, QA, and other departments
Customer Service support.
Experience:
3 years experience working in the Tourism & services sector, tourism product management.
3 years experience working in travel agencies, hotels or any tourism (required)
Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry.
Operational skills Strategy implementation experience (required)Impeccable problem-solving skills.
Excellent English and Portuguese verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
