About the Role
As our Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for:
Editing high-converting direct response video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok
Brainstorming with our media buyers and creative strategists to develop new ad concepts
Keeping up with trends and internet culture to ensure our ads feel native and viral
Making data-driven creative decisions by reviewing ad performance metrics
Maintaining fast turnaround times while ensuring high-quality work
Collaborating with a talented team of editors, strategists, and marketers to push the boundaries of DTC advertising

Does This Sound Like You?
You have 1-2 years of experience editing video ads for e Commerce brands
You’re fluent in English and can edit for native social media engagement
You have a strong eye for motion design, pacing, and engagement hooks
You understand direct response marketing and how to structure ads for conversions
